Abstract
We present the case of an infant with a severe form of tetralogy of Fallot which was successfully operated on for an rectovesical and uroperitoneal postoperative iatrogenic fistula, secondary to an operation for anorectal atresia.
The peculiarity of this case is represented by the presence of a high anaesthetic risk due to the severe cardiac disease in a 2.5 months infant and by the type of anaesthesia used: intravenous general anaesthesia with ketamine and caudal morphine analgesia.
